Requested service after hours through their website for the next morning. Website has some sort of glitch that allows you to schedule times that aren't actually available, so be sure to call to confirm. But they called us early the morning we thought we had scheduled, and they were able to get someone out that afternoon. They gave us a time window when they would be out and called us when they were on their way. Very professional, prompt, and courteous. Completed the repairs—replacing a fan motor—in one trip. I would highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs!

Highly recommend if you live in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Our 30-year-old system finally bit the dust and Rhino worked with me to customize our system, relocate our outside unit to allow for more room, and address a few other requests. Despite my complicated requests, Derek structured a quote and set me up with financing in less than 1 day. I gave him my approval after 5 pm and the next day their crew, Hunter, Kevin, and Jared showed up on time, uninstalled my old dead system, relocated my outside unit, and installed the new inside unit and had us back in comfort by 6 pm. Rhino Heat and Air was amazing!!! Great price for replacing the A/C unit, and they did it in 2 1/2 hours. I rent properties, and this was a rental in the middle of summer. Rhino Heat and Air gave me a price that was better than the other 3 HVAC businesses, and they replaced it the next morning. I have done HVAC and went to trade school for it and used to do it myself for my properties. These guys are true professionals! Thank you, guys! Update, I have now used them 3 times in the last 2 years, and they are excellent! Thank you, Rhino! Update today, they replaced 2 condensers and coils. They scheduled the install with my tenants, and my tenants are thrilled with the job they did!

We had our AC go out at the end of August. It was a York unit with chronic (known) issues we'd been having repaired often under warranty, but the warranty finally ran out. We discussed our options and decided to replace. Rhino got a new furnace on the same day, and we're so happy to have a new one installed so quickly.
